Accessibility
As part of ASHG’s commitment to providing access for attendees and speakers, ASHG will be providing a number of resources to attendees throughout the meeting. You can visit our accessibility page for more details. The following are a few highlights:
- Closed captioning in all scientific sessions.
- Designated seating areas up front in scientific sessions.
- Wheelchair lifts and ramps as needed.
- Gender-neutral restrooms.
- Moderated Q&A which attendees can access via the mobile app or online planner to allow for those with mobility concerns to remain in their seat to ask a question.
- Child care program offered by our long-time partner, Kiddie Co.
